Store Terms and Conditions

Opening hours
We are open from Monday to Friday.

Important note!
If you are under 18 years old or do not possess full legal capacity, you may only use this shop under supervision and with the consent of your parent or guardian.

Response time and stock accuracy
We try to respond to e-mails within 24 hours. 
We try to keep our stock up to date on an daily basis. However since we sell through different channels it is possible that something you ordered has also been ordered by someone else.
In that case we will inform you as soon as possible about additional delivery time and of course you will have the option to cancel your order.
After payment we try to ship in 1 to 5 business days.

Shipping and packing
We ship parcels by air freight, with PostNL. Please see all relevant information and rates under shipping policy.
We care about your LEGO and try to pack well.
We use a seperate ziplock bag for each minifig ordered.
Insurance is optional. It's up to the buyer to decide if he/she wants to add insurance to his/her order.
I will not be responsible for any damage, loss or delivery delay of your package caused by the carrier.
In the extremely rare case of lost parcels we can only refund after the insurance refunds. In case of transport damage please contact us as soon as possible and take pictures of both the outer carton (shipping parcel) with the tracking number visible and the damaged LEGO item(s). Contact the shipping company that delivered the parcel to your home within a week, file a claim and include the pictures. Please send us these pictures as well and if the damage is considerable we will file a claim at our shipping company and try to get compensation for you. However we can only compensate when the shipping provider decides to do so.

Additional cost
We are forced to add additional costs for some payment options.
Bank transfers within Europe are generally free of charge, outside of Europe ALL extra fees are to be paid by the buyer!
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, fees, etc.
